Terms of use
Plain language, no traps. Using ADHDAF means agreeing to these terms.

What ADHDAF is
ADHDAF is a free educational and lifestyle resource about executive function, ADHD, and everyday practical systems. It is written in good faith, from lived experience and careful reading.
What ADHDAF is not
ADHDAF is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or nutritional advice, and it is not a diagnosis, treatment plan, or substitute for care from a qualified professional. If you are struggling with your health, medication, or safety, please speak to a clinician. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services.
Use of the site
- You may read, print, and share links to any public page.
- You may not scrape the site at volume, republish whole articles as your own, or resell the content.
- You may quote briefly with a credit and a link back.
Recommendations and links
Products are included because they seemed genuinely useful, not because they were paid for. Recommendations are opinions, not guarantees — a tool that helps one person may not help you. External links lead to sites ADHDAF doesn't control. See the affiliate disclosure for how links are handled.
The Get Unstuck tool
The interactive task tool is being built in phases. While it is a preview, do not rely on it for anything important, and don't enter sensitive personal or medical information.
Availability
ADHDAF is provided as-is, and pages may change or move without notice. There is no uptime guarantee and no paid service level — it's free, and it will occasionally break.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ADHDAF is not liable for decisions made or actions taken based on the content of this site. You are responsible for your own choices, including which products you buy.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the site grows. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version.
