The short version: browse freely, and only send what you're comfortable sharing.

The quick summary

  • You can read every page on ADHDAF without an account.
  • There is no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking script, no session recording, and no data broker.
  • Get Unstuck keeps what you type in the page itself. Nothing is sent or saved.
  • The only personal information this site stores is what you submit through the contact form.
  • The hosting platform keeps routine technical logs — page opened, request timing, errors — so the site can run and be kept secure.

Information you give us

If you use the contact form, these details are stored so the message can be read and answered: the name and email address you type, the topic you pick, the message itself, a status marker (new, read, archived), and the date and time it arrived. No phone number, no postal address, no payment details.

Messages are readable only by the administrator account of this site. That restriction is enforced by the database itself, so another visitor — or an ordinary signed-in account — cannot read them even by calling the site's API directly.

Please don't send sensitive information

The contact form is not a secure channel and is not monitored continuously. Don't send medical records, diagnoses, medication details, insurance or ID numbers, or anyone else's personal information through it. A short, general message is enough to ask a question or suggest a topic.

ADHDAF is not a crisis or clinical service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency number or a qualified professional.

Get Unstuck

The Get Unstuck page is an interface only in this phase; AI assistance is not switched on. What you type stays in your browser tab: it is not sent to a server, not saved, and not linked to you in any way. It disappears when you leave or reload the page.

Before AI assistance is switched on, this policy will be updated first to say exactly what would be sent, to which service, and how long it is kept.

Information collected automatically

  • Technical logs. The hosting platform records routine request information — time of the request, the page or route opened, and any error details — to serve the site and keep it secure.
  • Page views. The hosting platform counts which pages are opened. That is a route name and a count; it is not used to build a profile and is not shared for advertising.
  • Fonts. Text is set in fonts loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address as part of that request. Nothing about your message or the page you came from is included.
  • Nothing else. No advertising pixels, no third-party analytics, no tracking across other sites.

Cookies and browser storage

Public pages set no marketing or analytics cookies, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss. Signing in to the restricted admin area stores a session token in your browser's local storage — plus a short-lived entry in session storage while a two-factor code is being checked — so an administrator stays signed in until they sign out or clear site data.

If analytics, advertising, or any other non-essential tracking is ever added, this policy will be updated and your consent will be requested before it runs.

How long information is kept

Contact messages are kept for as long as they are useful for answering, then archived or deleted. You can ask for a message to be deleted at any time.

Sharing

Information sent through the contact form is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing. It is readable only by the person running ADHDAF. The site is hosted on the Base44 platform, which processes requests — including those messages — on this site's behalf in order to run the service.

Your choices

You can ask what has been stored about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted by sending a note through the contact form.

Children

ADHDAF is written for adults and older teens. It is not directed at children, and the contact form should not be used to send information about a child.
