Own your brain.Own your life.

ADHDAF is an identity and a philosophy, not a diagnosis: a free, practical resource for people with ADHDAF brains. Get organized, protect your attention and finish what matters, using systems built around the brain you already have.

You don't have to become someone else to make progress. You don't want to, and you don't have to.

ADHDAF is completely free to use — no account, no paywall, no upsell at the end.

The recommendation library

A toolkit someone actually used

ADHDAF keeps one personally curated library of products and apps — not a list of everything that exists. Each entry is here because it removes friction for a real, specific problem, and each one says exactly what it's for.

  • What problem the tool actually solves
  • Why it made the cut, and what it won't do
  • How to use it on a low-capacity day
  • How it's classified: core tool, worth trying, accessibility, or low-cost

No products are published yet. Nothing is reviewed, endorsed, or linked until it has been genuinely tried out.

The ADHDAF philosophy

Own your brain. Own your life.

ADHDAF is an identity you can opt into, not a diagnosis you have to earn: a way of working with the brain you've got, instead of white-knuckling a system built for someone else's. Four principles run through everything here.

  • Protect your attention

Your attention belongs to you, not to whoever set the defaults. You decide when the phone, the inbox and the feed get access. Being reachable is not the same as being available.

  • Subtract before you add

Before another app, product or system, take something away. There's no sense buying a tool to manage a distraction nobody needed to create.

  • Build systems that work with your brain

Test routines, environments and tools until something fits. No single system works for everybody, including the one that worked for the person who wrote about it.

  • Accomplishment without self-rejection

You can want the goal without agreeing to become someone else to get it. Change the step size, the setup and the environment — not your personality.

Own your brain. Own your life.

There's nothing wrong with your ADHDAF brain.

You don't need to become someone else to accomplish your goals. You need systems that work with the brain you have. Start with the thing that's stuck right now — the rest of the library will be here when you're ready, and it will still be free.
